Every company listing and job posting indexed by GradeNova undergoes multi-factor scrutiny to detect fake recruiters and fraudulent hiring practices:

• Domain Authenticity: Verification of official corporate domain names and elimination of free webmail accounts (such as @gmail or @consultant.com pretending to be enterprises).
• Zero-Fee Policy: GradeNova strictly blacklists any recruiter or agency charging fees for registration, interview scheduling, equipment security deposits, or background checks.
• Registration Checks: Cross-referencing against corporate registry databases (such as MCA/CIN) and active LinkedIn company pages.

2. ATS Scoring & Resume Enhancement Methodology

Our ATS resume scoring algorithms are modeled on industry-standard applicant tracking systems (including Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, and Lever). We test our scoring engines against real job descriptions to ensure:
